And none differed more than the Scripture other than people that got it - following the distinct proofs came to them - out of jealous animosity amongst themselves. And Allah guided those that believed to the reality about that over which they'd differed, by His permission. And Allah guides whom He wills to some straight path.

And when it is claimed to them (to People whose hearts are impeded and whose disease Allah has improved because they avert others from Guidance): “Usually do not make mischief while in the earth (will not avert Other folks with the way of Allah)” they say: “We are only those that improve [those who train the Religion and who purify the souls (hearts)]”. Would Anyone of you want to have a garden of palm-trees and vines, with rivers flowing beneath it, with an array of fruit for him therein, and old age experienced stricken him and he has weak offspring (to assist) plus a whirlwind with fireplace strikes it and it can be (all) consumed by fireplace? As a result Allah makes plain the Verses for you, so you may well perhaps mirror. (266)

90. How lousy is for which they have offered their ownselves, that they must disbelieve in that which Allah has revealed (the Qur'an), grudging that Allah should expose of His Grace unto whom He'll of His slaves.

two:136 قُولُوا آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْنَا وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَالْأَسْبَاطِ وَمَا أُوتِيَ مُوسَىٰ وَعِيسَىٰ وَمَا أُوتِيَ النَّبِيُّونَ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِنْهُمْ وَنَحْنُ لَهُ مُسْلِمُونَ Say, [O believers], "We now have believed in Allah and what has long been unveiled to us and what has been discovered to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and also the Descendants and what was specified to Moses and Jesus and what was offered to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction involving any of these, and we've been Muslims [in submission] to Him."
